Vinayak Nagoji Shende alias Abhayaraja living in Pune Maharashtra.
Abhayaraja started his journey in 1985, involving in the TBMSG, Pune in Ulhasnagar, district Thane.
He was very much inspired by the work of TBMSG and devoted his entire life to the work from 1985. He dedicated to learn and teach ethical practices and meditation. He has experience of working in Uttar Pradesh for the work of trust in his young age.
He was chair of the trust from 1998 to 2003 and trustees and chair from 2003 to 2008. He has well experience of running the trust.
He worked in the trust in various responsible places.
After many years of dedicated service as a social worker, he eventually retired from his role but remained committed to his passion. Now from December 2025 wholeheartedly devotes his time and energy as the chair of the TBMSG, Pune. Extensively contributing to the organization's noble cause.

Vishwasrao Surwade, also known as Vimalbhadra, is currently residing in Pune.Having experience of 25 years in finance. He currently holds the position of Finance Manager at the Triratna Institute Pune. Vimalbhadra completed his bachelor's degree, while his wife actively contributes to the healthcare sector, collectively making a significant impact on the lives of rural communities.
His extensive knowledge and skills in finance, Vimalbhadra plays a crucial role in overseeing financial matters, including monitoring finances, conducting forecasts, managing the trust's financial resources, and upholding financial integrity. Since 2020, he has been serving as the dedicated Treasurer of the TBMSG Pune Trust, effectively fulfilling his instrumental role in ensuring the smooth financial functioning of the organization.

Ranjana Lokamitra Goody (Dhammacharini Vishaka) is a married woman who dedicated 32 years of her life as the teacher and later on headmistress of a higher secondary school in Pune. She has done her Masters in History. Her role covered school administration and ensuring educational progress of the students. She exhibited exceptional skills in monitoring and evaluation of the student’s educational progress. In 2020, Ranjana Goody took on the role of trustee for the TBMSG Trust in Pune. She has wholeheartedly invested her time and energy into enhancing the competence of the trust.

Abhayashree

Mrs. Kadlak, also known as Abhayashree, living in Pune and was a dedicated social worker who focused on empowering women and children at Jeevak Project that run under the tbmsg. After completing her intermediate schooling, she passionately worked towards providing financial aid and support to numerous women and youth through the successful operation of savings groups. In her capacity as a program manager, she played a crucial role in offering vocational training and job placements to women engagement in indignified occupations. In 2022, she took on the responsibility of being a Trustee for the TBMSG Trust. Although she has retired from the work she carried out for 35 years, she continues to contribute her valuable expertise as a trustee.
